Terrible Angels
Terrible Angels, for choreographed dance and electro-acoustic music was commissioned by choreographer Sarah Gamblin. One of the main focuses of this piece is kinesethic time versus musical time - time arising from the body, and music as a structuring of time. The choreography and music were largely composed seperately, with pre-planned syncronized points of arrival and departure, emphasizing the unique formal structure of the two mediums.
