An acousmatic work, Architecture of a Dream is inspired by the atemporal and aspatial images, sounds, and narrative often found in dreams, and takes the listener on an evocative internal journey through a labyrinth of sound spaces, scenarios, and contexts. The material is at times subtle, intricate, and flowing, and at other times profound and disconcerting. This work explores a narrative supplied by the intrusion of sounds from the immediate environment, residual daily events, subconscious activity, and a degree of lucidity, leaving only an ephemeral trace.
